Built a building on weak foundations and sooner or later it fall down.That was the case of Nintendo's wii.With poor graphics capability,a not conventional controler and aiming only to children audience software ,they only have created more of a novelty toy than an acceptable console.
This was eventually going to happen. The Wii had a great run but now that the hype is gone, it'll be a tough hill to climb. It'll still do decent but the years of dominance is over.
After years of high demands for the Wii, it was expected for the sales to go down... Everyone has one! I finally got my Wii last year for my birthday. I'm set for life.
The novelty of the Wii has wore off so it is no surprise that sales have slowed down quite a bit. Maybe people are just ready to move onto a real console. lol
Umm...hello... EVERYONE HAS ONE!!! That's going to be a big reason why sales are down. We got ours within the first month of it's release. It has been fixed three times under Nintendo warranty and it's still going strong. I don't anticipate needing a new one for a while.

It's True that just about everyone has a Wii but I think high quality games and a price cut will hopefully make a difference
true...everyone has one, but the new games coming out for wii are gonna be awesome!!! so the wii sensation isn't over... : )
