I must say that I enjoyed reading this article, can you say "paybacks are hell". You wanted you got it. I agree, let's bring our people home and secure our nation. Let's use our military to clean up the gang problem here in the US and to hell with everyone else. Because when it's all said and done "as we learned from France", when the kitty is fat, they forget who fed them. Nice article. At least the writer did hit on briefly how this country was involved in these peoples politics back in the 50's and Great Britain before that. This is very normal the way this people are that they oppose today system. In East Europe thay want communism back. People in most cases do not know what they have , do not understand forces that drive the systems and are idealist.

In 1989 the Iranians released the hostages immediately after Ronald was elected. They knew they were about to get their collective butts kicked if they didn't. It's extremely scary & disheartening when I hear of radical regimes teaching their children to hate democracy & idolize the brutalization of innocent people....it happened when I was a kid, and the images of ordinary people being paraded around, blindfolded, and obviously terrified by crazy men with guns, has been burned in my memory as THE WORLD CAN BE SCARY...these Iranian kids are seeing those same images and being told that's heroic...OMG, I fear for our future generations!
