Reform? Karzai and the whole stinking mess is corrupt. Here are some benchmarks I would require for ANY support from the US in the immediate future.1. Education for ALL. 5 hours of daily reading lessons for ALL. Afghanistan refuses to educate the masses. 95% of the women CAN NOT READ.In most areas of the country, Women CAN NOT GO TO SCHOOL. 2. complete background vetting of all cabinet members.ANY FOUND TO BE CORRUPT NEED TO GO TO IMMEDIATE TRIAL. 3. Serious incarceration for those convicted of corruption regardless of post or affiliation. 4.ERADICATION OF ALL POPPY PRODUCTS WITH THE NEW LAW INSTITUTING THE DEATH PENALTY FOR GROWERS AND SELLERS. 5. putting Karzais brother on trial and if convicted by a UN Jury IN THE HAGUE, Instant incarceration. This is an impossible task and we should leave this completely crippled and corrupt hell hole ASAP
