Henry Waxman and I do not agree on much but in this case we absolutely agree. Congress must act to make testing a requirement of playing and the punishment to be a ban from playing for at least 10 years.
The ban and testing must go to junior high level.

I think congress has better things to do than worry about NFL, MLB or any sport. The use of drugs should have consequences, leveled by the organization. The government has intruded enough on all rights of a free society. Waxman, Pelosi, Reid, Obama and the rest of the socialists have to go.

If it's such a scandal to have the players use them and LIE about using them then don't allow them to play be it NFL, NBA, etc. WTF is wrong with People. It's not a congressional issue. It's a Sports issue. And yes, I know the govt has had it's foot in the GAME for a long time. It still doesn't make sense. I don't watch alot of sports, etc I did 20yrs ago for this reason. GASP, so and so did steroids.....the horror, lets suspend, no lets fine him/her. NO just don't let them play the sport. Stupid is as Stupid does.
