I am very disappointed with the catholic church. This was definitely not Christ's vision. He wanted us to help the poor, the sick and the oppressed.

I prefer to do good in my everyday life rather than go to a church which has become very hypocritical, political and power hungry.

When is this political organization going to have it's tax exempt status REVOKED??

November 4, 2009 In the next 48 hours, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is expected to try and ram through a vote to prevent any amendment from being offered to the current legislation. The vote on a “closed rule” would slam the door on any effort to offer a pro-life amendment to the healthcare bill. WE MUST STOP THIS BILL..

What is going on with the Catholic Church in America?

Supposedly there are 50,000,000 in U.S without healthcare but Per THE CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET OFFICES own numbers, lets look at what that consists of to determine if we need an overhaul.
1st, nearly 10,000,000 of that number includes people who are not citizens.
2nd, roughly 17,000,000 of the people classed as uninsured live in households making $50,000 or more a year and can technically afford to buy health insurance but choose not to.
3rd, 45% of all of the "uninsured" will be insured again within 4 months who then get insurance.
In conclusion, there's no crisis need for nationalized or governmental healthcare.
Real tort reform, the kind trial lawyer loving Democrats have fought for 50 years, is what will bring costs down.
We should deport illegal's who turn up for health care.
Cobra expansion or minor subsidy would address the short term needs.
Those earning over 50k who don't buy it should not be aided for their own stupidity or choice.

Why do the Demo bills not include 1) massive Tort Reform, 2) provisions to allow for insurance companies to sell health care across state lines to increase competition, 3) legislated evidenced base medicine requirements, 4) portability, 5) requirement govement employees must use it, 6) mandates that health care professionals are criminally liable for treating illegal's without reporting them (Ok to treat them but I want INS or the local police rounding them up and sending them back to wherever they belong)


Without that, Dem health care reform seems to be all aobut taking over 17% of the economy and unionizing it to lock in votes for themselves? Considering that the congressional budget office says it will add 1trillion to the deficit (best case scenario) won't tackle tort reform, illegal aliens or evidence based medicine and the public does not want it, what other reason could they have with charging ahead.

Recently Obama cried foul about the health insurance industries report that the health care plan would cost average americans more not save them money.
NOW THAT THE COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS OF AMERICA (A UNION) IS SAYING EXACTLY THE SAME THING IN THIER FINDINGS ON HEALTH CARE REFORM, ONE HAS TO WONDER IF THE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY WAS RIGHT DESPITE OBAMA AND THE DEMOCRATS CALLING THEM LIARS ETC. WILL HE CALL CALL THIS UNION A LIAR AS WELL.

Preexisting Conditions And Obamas Health Care Horror Story Lies:
Health care companies don't deny you care when you let them know about a preexisting condition, they simply charge you more.
On the other hand when you lie about preexisting conditions you violate the contract and you get coverage denied, as you should since you are cheating them and your lies will cost me and others more.

woman denied care because of a preexisting acne problem she did not tell of was actually denied due to a failed to report a previous heart condition and did not list her weight accurately..she lied.
-The IL man obama said died due to canceled coverage due to an undisclosed case of gallstones, the man did lose ins. got it back retroactively and had treatment his family says kept him alive for 4 years!

Fix Social Security, Fannie Mae, Freddie mac, Medicare, Medicaid, The Veterans Administration, Balance The Budget, Don't Raise Taxes, start paying off 1% of the deficit each year. At the same time initiate
meaningful tort reform to reduce medicaid & products liability costs helping health care and our manufacturers. Require doctors to report illegal aliens who come in for health care and step up border and deportations
proceedings. When you have done that, then you can come back to me and talk about Nationalizing Health Care. That is when I will listen! With those accomplishments, all good for America, how could I not.

My Mom was discussing this with the local nun at the Catholic Church that she attends. I don't know if it was made public or not, but the nun was very unhappy after she found out Obama was pro-abortion.
